Bio
Born and raised outside of Boston, I attended Vassar College for my BA, majoring in Theater with a double minor in Music and Linguistics. Collaborating with 5 other students, my thesis project, "The Hamlet Symphony," was commissioned by the Drama Department to inaugurate the school's $30M Center for Drama and Film. A dialogue between theater and western music, the piece was a compilation of Hamlet, Macbeth and Romeo & Juliet, deconstructed to create a new story, and set with original music.

My informal education was in my extracurricular pursuits with Vassar's improv group. This improv training eventually landed me in a terrifically successful improvised sitcom. What Women Talk About – or its subsequent title, Naked in a Fishbowl – was an unscripted, serial comedy, which ran at The Kraine Theater and The Soho Playhouse off and on from 2005 to 2007. The 2006 episodes were broadcast on iTunes, making it one of the first SAG-contracted internet performances, and making us, in turn, some of the first performers in history to join the union from an internet project. Discussion is currently underway to remount Naked in a Fishbowl in the near future.

My most recent venture was at the late, great Foothills Theater in Worcester, MA, playing the 7 female roles in the Elvis Presley tribute, Idols of the King. Since that time I began development on a one-woman show, and have become a certified yoga teacher.
